About Truclligraphy
Truclligraphy is the work of Truc Nguyen. Truc has been practicing modern calligraphy and hand-lettering since June of 2016. In addition, she enjoys incorporating watercolor elements in order to accent her writing. She specializes in card and interior decoration designs but takes great pride in serving her clients with various projects to meet their custom needs!
Truc started doing calligraphy and hand-lettering as a hobby the summer before her junior year of college. She bought her very first calligraphy pens (Prisma brush pens) from Michael's and just began writing, everything and anything she could think of. After a few weeks of self-teaching herself calligraphy and exploring different styles of writing, she was confident enough to share her artwork on social media and she was extremely overwhelmed by her friends' and family's support.
Therefore, Truclligraphy was developed that summer of 2016 as a small business, focusing on calligraphy commissions as a way to fundraise for Truc's medical mission trip to Peru that upcoming Spring Break. Today, Truclligraphy is still independently owned and operated by Truc as she finishes up her undergraduate studies. She hopes to continue developing the Truclligraphy brand and share her love of modern calligraphy with everyone around the world.
